How do I place an order? Simply browse our collection, select your preferred item/unit, and click Add to Cart. Follow the checkout steps to complete your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard) as well as online payment gateways supported at checkout.
Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to make changes or cancel, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +971 50 362 9896. Once an order is processed or dispatched, changes cannot be made.

How much does shipping cost?

• Standard Delivery: AED 80.00 for orders under AED 1,500.00.


• Free Shipping: On all orders of AED 1,500.00 or above.
How long will delivery take? Deliveries across the UAE typically take 1 to 3 business days.
How can I track my parcel? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with your tracking details.

What is your return policy? You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. The hair/wig must be unworn, uncolored, with lace uncut and in its original packaging.
How do I start a return? Send a WhatsApp message to +971 50 362 9896 with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the steps.
When will I get my refund? Once approved after inspection, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Who pays for return shipping? Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was wrong or defective.
